How long does a deep clean take?

The time depends on the size of your home and its current condition. We do employ teams of cleaners to make each cleaning as efficient as possible. Having said that, some deep cleans can take several hours, as the focus is on detailed, thorough work rather than speed. 

Do I need to be home during the clean?

No. Many clients choose to be out while we clean. As long as we have access and clear instructions, we’ll take care of the rest.

What’s the difference between a deep clean and regular cleaning?

A deep clean focuses on buildup, detail areas, and places that aren’t typically covered during routine cleaning. It’s more time-intensive and designed to bring the home back to a higher standard.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes. We bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific product preferences, we’re happy to accommodate when possible.

Can I request eco-friendly products?

Absolutely. Eco-friendly options are available—just let us know during booking or when we speak. Some additional fees may apply.

What if something needs extra attention?

We encourage you to let us know your priorities ahead of time. Our goal is to make sure the areas that matter most to you receive the right level of attention.
